Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House

Pre food: If I wasn't hungry and low blood sugar right now I'd leave. Was seated quickly, table for two. Given menus but no drink order taken. Eventually someone came to take drink orders but she was pretty curt. I can't tolerate gluten so I asked what was gluten free. She insisted that everything can be made gluten free and, despite her attitude I thanked her and she left. Ordering food did not go well. When I asked for the menu item I wanted and said gluten free she told me that isn't possible. They can't make it gluten free and got agitated with me. I asked if there was something that could tell me exactly what could be ordered gluten free and she got even more agitated and rude. I just randomly picked something and she just kept being rude. The person I was with even asked if I wanted to just leave cause she was that bad. After ordering I went to another staff and explained that I do not want to be served by that person and asked if there was a manager. Guess what? The manager doesn't really come in much. Just when he feels like it. And obviously wasn't there now. The server I asked a manager for ended up serving us the rest of the time. Getting the food: in all fairness it came quickly. But wrong. With all the fuss over gluten free, she put my order in wrong and I got gluten. They swear the pancakes were gluten free but we'll see by tomorrow if that's true. I had to send it back twice to get it right. And even then the quality of the food was mid range. We chose this place on our road trip specifically because we've enjoyed stacked before. This location is just not the place to hold up the Stacked brand image. So very disappointed.
