My wife and I enjoyed a late breakfast on our anniversary. I'm recently diagnosed as gluten intolerant and was nervous about eating at a restaurant since my diagnosis. I ordered the gluten friendly French toast. It was so amazing that I had to ask our server 3 times if it really was gluten friendly. I can't wait to go back and try the gluten friendly pancakes. Service was quick dispite it being very busy for a Wednesday morning.

The best place to eat ever! Open til' 2pm with friendly service and awesome food. As a Gluten "sensitive" person (not celiac,) it is nice to know they have options for me which many b-fast joints don't. Plus, the manager is very personable and runs a tight ship. The service is quick and attentive and the food quality is a 10!!! Caledonia for the WIN!
