It's Stacked and therefore you know what you are getting. Best pancakes ever.... also the Gluten free (friendly) pancakes are amazing and fluffy. My daughter ate various food items and our server was amazing and made sure to check with the kitchen that all items were free of Gluten. Love this place for a great breakfast!
