Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House

New building, very clean, 4 newer immaculate washrooms. An extensive reasonably priced menu. Gluten free pancakes which my daughter loved.

Breakfast was great. The mixed berry gluten-free pancakes really good and flavourful. It was nice to gf pancakes that weren't plan butter and syrup. The only items not safe to eat where the sausages and the fried potatoes. The rest of the menu was able to be adapted and safe to eat. I would recommend it.

I went to this place after a busy morning. I called beforehand to ask if they had gluten-free pancakes, and I got an immediate, straightforward answer confirming they did, which I appreciated. I went alone, and a really kind gentleman seated me, brought syrup, and let me browse the menu. After giving me some time, he came back to check if I was ready to order. I ordered the gluten-free Cinnabon pancakes and a latte. My order came out quickly, which was a nice surprise, especially since the restaurant was empty. I was really impressed by the pancakes; they’re gluten-free, but they didn’t taste like it, which is a huge plus for me. The cinnamon was perfectly balanced, and the latte was delicious, topped with a thick layer of whipped cream that added a unique and enjoyable touch. I regretted not asking for bacon earlier, but luckily, the waiter came by to check on me, and I was able to ask for some. In less than five minutes, he returned with five perfectly cooked slices of bacon. The food was delicious, with great gluten-free options and kind staff. I’ll definitely be back with friends!
