Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House

I've been here 3 times and I have enjoyed my food every time! I've tried the gluten friendly blueberry pancakes, chocolate chip gluten friendly pancakes, and the gluten friendly strawberry blueberry waffles. They were all indistinguishable from their glutinous counterparts and presented in a visually appealing way! It was the first time I've EVER had gluten free waffles! All of the food is VERY sweet as someone who doesn't often eat processed sugar. I wasn't a fan of the jam on the strawberry blueberry waffles. The staff is friendly and fast and the restaurant and bathrooms were clean and orderly. It's a shame a Canadian restaurant makes you pay more for maple syrup though 😂 Edited to add: I also recently tried the banana chocolate gluten friendly pancakes which were okay. I wasn't into the banana/banana flavor in the pancakes themselves because it tasted like unripe bananas, but the chocolate made up for it!

Pretty great breekie place. Pancakes are huge. Has gluten friendly food and an ada compliant bathroo.
