My boyfriend and I were in Tillsonburg early this morning for an appointment and Stacked Pancake House was open at 7
am! It is usually very hard to find somewhere to eat as I have a gluten sensitivity. But their 'gluten-friendly' French Toast is to die for!!! I am a total snob when it comes to gluten free food, and they totally raised the bar! It was soft, fluffy and tasted amazing! Our waitress Kym was wonderful, and helped me choose from what was gluten free on their menu! I totally recommend Tillsonburg Stacked Pancake House!!!!

This Stacked Restaurant is new in Tillsonburg I had 2 more people in my group I had Gluten Free Waffle with 2eggs hard but the eggs was little bit under cook but I still eat it & the next I had bacon, ham, homefries & a coffee anything was great 👍
