Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House

I have eaten at those location several times. They have always gotten my order correct. Today was different..... I have celiac, so HAVE to eat gluten free. I identified that it is an allergy 3x to our server. She acknowledged it, and noted it. It was the kitchen that missed it. When my meal came I didn't notice that the bread was not gluten free. 1st bite I knew it. I didn't eat it, but there was enough contact that I will have a VERY uncomfortable afternoon. The manager came and addressed it, and said she will tell the kitchen to slow down and be more alert to special orders. A new one was made, and not charged. I will go back but I will also be more aware before I eat.
