The restaurant is spacious and the service was very friendly but unfortunately the food could be improved a bit. We ordered the cheesecake pancakes, supreme potato pancakes and the classic breakfast but felt like the food was sub par. The pancakes were very tough, I have a feeling the batter is a bit over mixed and gluten is over developed. I feel that pancakes should be fluffy and tender crumb but I had to saw through them with my knife to cut through the stack. The potato pancakes are a bit dry and could be hotter when served. bc there are so many toppings on the supreme, the flavour was still good. The sausages have a very tough outer skin which leads me to believe they’re cooked ahead of time and them warmed to serve and the scrambled eggs lacked seasoning and were a bit overcooked. Overall, there are small improvements that can be made that I think would have changed our meal considerably but given the simplicity of the menu, I’m afraid this is just a 3 star experience given that you also need to pay for parking. We came on a Sunday around noon and were seated right away but felt like we had to wait a bit before the food was served.
