Stafford Coffee Company

Great local coffee shop. For their small store front they have a good amount of seating and seem to do a good amount of take-out business. They offer some of the best Gluten Free treats in the area and their fresh bagels and sandwiches are so much better than anything from the chain coffee shops. They are right near the train tracks in a lively part of downtown Stafford. But I have never been there when a train went by... Need to keep trying.

Gluten free options! Great food without the unnecessary fireworks. Amazing vibe. As someone whose family used to own this space, it's great seeing it being put to good use! Only gripe is that the matcha is wayyyy too light. Was like drinking milk.

The selection of food was great. I am vegetarian, and my wife has a gluten sensitivity. We both were able to get a good tasting breakfast. The service was beyond expectations. I look forward to eating here again.
