Standard Service - Heath

Boyfriend and I came here to eat. I had heard things were better recently.. however, we ordered. They got my order completely wrong. They gave me some new menu item when I ordered the chicken parm with gluten free noodles… it was some noodle dish I’ve never seen before. Then I was told the kitchen had 38-40 minute ticket times…. Hungry and not wanting to wait, I cancelled my order all together and left hungry. No manager came over to speak to us and try to fix anything, or have it rushed. At least Leilah is still there to make good drinks. She was the only saving grace of the experience.

This place has been a mild disappointment each time we've gone. We would love to go and take our kids and be able to enjoy a nice dinner while they're able to be outside and not stuck at a table with the adults but it just hasn't worked out this way. This most recent visit, we ended up ordering food online to pickup and eat outside. There was no wait staff outside even to bring water. The wait for a table inside or out was over 90 minutes and yes I understand it was a lovely day outside but there were lots of available tables sitting empty. I guess staffing is a problem though there were about 5 young girls huddled around the hostess stand chatting while the bartender worked his butt off. The salmon was great as was my salad but I had requested gluten free which it was not. And everything is so $$$. Just seems like they could do a better job. It it always just "standard".
