I am allergic to gluten and dairy. I needed a cake for my first baby shower in Mount Vernon. I called all the cake companies in Skagit County. Almost all of them said no to accommodating food allergies. There was one that did, but refused to offer food tasting before ordering. Standwood Cupcakes did offer food tasting. I am very grateful that Standwood Cupcakes offers food allergy accommodations. It is almost impossible to get a good quality dessert with my allergies, but Rebecca the owner went above and beyond my expectations.
