It was a pretty okay experience. It was decent sushi and the waitress was nice. The staff knew which items on the menu were gluten free. Overall pretty decent.

They DO NOT take gluten free items seriously and will substitute gluten containing items without telling you if they are out of the gf version. Please don't even note gluten free items on the menu if you are not going to take it seriously. People who will have adverse health effects assume you take it seriously if you bother to note it on the menu.
It It's been a rough couple of days. If it's just a preference go and have a great time because the food is good and the service was nice. If you cant eat gluten due to health issues go someplace else. Im bummed because this place is so nice but I can't take the risk again.
