Staymaker Restaurant at Journeyman Distillery

Several gluten free options here. The pickles are fantastic. I got an old fashioned and it was amazing, a little light on the quantity (massive ice cube) but it was delicious. They offer gluten free buns for the sandwiches. The pulled pork and potato salad was so good. We will be back for sure there are many other drinks calling my name. Dessert we had a GF sponge cake with berries and holy cow it was amazing. The atmosphere was industrial, as it's in an old factory. They offer tastings and tours of the distillery. This is a must go place for us.

If you have celiacs dieses do not eat here they almost sent my girlfriend to the hosptial! We ordered a pulled pork sandwich with a gluten free bun we communciated the dieses. It came to the table with french frys touching the sandwich. We explained how this cannot be eaten and needs tobe remade as we were told the frys are not gluten free. Less then 2minutes later the pulled pork sandwich comes back out on a clean plate with the bus boy. Once the waittress arrives we asked if it was remaded she goes back to the kitchen and returns telling us how it was put on a clean plate... this kind of sanitation pratices will hospital people. Would aviod if you have food allergies/dieses. Credit due where its due whisky was good.
