Gluten-free waffles and at least three gluten-free flavors (chocolate, strawberry, mango). Gluten-free desserts are also available by the glass.
The ice cream is very good, but it could be even better. I'd say the taste is of a higher standard, like many ice cream parlors in Italy.

There are specially wrapped gluten-free cones and the ice cream is really delicious, the balls are nice and big. The owner washed his hands beforehand and made sure not to contaminate the croissants and was able to explain the ingredients to all varieties to me. In addition, he knew exactly what it meant that everything had to be strictly gluten-free.
