So happy i visited this place! The food was absolutely amazing! My tenderloin was done perfectly to what i ordered it to be (medium rare). And yes, they use thermometers on streaks to ensure they are just as you order. Customer-service is also a 5/5. Also have knowledge of glutenfree alternatives. (F. Ex making fries in separate fryers)

Super nice and the restaurant was praised...
A few days later we ate here and I have to say the food was very tasty, the ribs were super tender.
Gluten-free wasn't a problem either, the staff knew their stuff and even asked the kitchen again just to be on the safe side.
