The food is definitely made to order and some of it is even home made. We were hoping for a plethora of cake options as a desert menu (based on the name), but they are referencing hotcakes 😂
They don't have a dedicated gluten free menu; however, they do have some items (especially from the breakfast menu) that are naturally gluten free and their staff are helpful in making good choices and bringing awareness to the kitchen team.
