Steelbound

I'm not one that likes to complain, but i was very dissatisfied by our recent visit to your Ellicottville location and will not return. I came in for an early dinner yesterday and our first impression was the bathrooms were disgusting and smelled like a nursing home. Our server was awful. I asked what gluten free options there were and she went to ask someone-possibly the manager- and when he stated telling her she asked him to just tell me. I asked her if the chips were gluten free. She did not tell me they weren't until she came back with just a burger on the plate. I asked if I could get a side salad then, and she brought me a salad with croutons. I politely said thank you, but I can't eat croutons and she literally rolled her eyes and walked away. She didn't bring us napkins or silverware until we were half way done. She never asked if my kids needed a refill or how the food was. She forgot my juice for about 10 minutes. She spent the majority of the time at the end of bar chatting with a guy with a dog. I spent over $100 and it was a terrible experience. The food wasn't even good and the cocktail I ordered was too strong and no flavor.

The waiter was excellent. Made sure we were constantly full with drinks and we felt like he was part of our group. My Pasta was fantastic. Plenty of Gluten free options. We will be back for sure.
