Sticks'n'Sushi - Restaurant Tivoli Hotel

Correctly related, We were 4 girls who ate sushi at Sticks N' Sushi Tivoli Hotel d. 30/9 at 19. The food was extremely delicious, but the service, on the other hand, was not and it was a real shame. We started off by asking the waiter to receive the starters first and then the sushi with space in between, but before everyone finished the starters we got the sushi and the empty plates were not cleared. We ordered 4 geisha drinks, which also stood as empty glasses on the table all evening, as did the bamboo plate with the hot towel that you get to start with (we agreed with that ourselves, as we simply had no more space on the table). We felt invisible when we ourselves had to ask for a refill of water, napkins (which we didn't get), for the sushi we were asked for gluten-free soy for a gluten allergy sufferer and this also took a long time, and we asked for hotate ceviche without chili (we didn't get that). We weren't done with our evening and wanted to order dessert, but when we went out to smoke on the rooftop (which we had done a few times during the evening) we came back to a completely empty table (without our water) here we decided that we should probably just move on... The food is nothing to complain about, so thanks for that, but really practice with the service that night. I sent this review to your email a month ago with no response.

This sushi chain is all over Copenhagen. The food is delicious, the staff is nice and they offer gluten-free soy sauce.
