GLUTEN FREE SAFE!! First off, I never write online reviews but I feel compelled to do so with Stiks. This restaurant has quickly become one of our favorite spots to eat at in Sarasota. The food is always made fresh (and fast), everyone is always SUPER friendly and the place is decorated with a very chill vibe and ALWAYS kept clean. Both my wife and daughter have Celiac disease and cannot tolerate any cross contamination. I'm here to tell others with the same disease that this place is very safe for you to eat at. They've never been cross contaminated here and we always enjoy the food. This place IMO is a hidden gem in Sarasota and especially for those that wish they can eat this kind of food but fear cross contamination. I highly recommend you give it a try, you won't regret it!

Visiting from Naples and i wish we had a place like this nearby!!! Their vegan boba is so good and we got a variety of their tofu, orange chicken, fried rice, sweet potato glass noodles and pad Thai noodles and it's SO DELICIOUS. The prices as well are some of the best for what you get. Highly highly highly recommend even if you're not on a vegan or gluten free diet :) Staff was also very sweet!
