Stingray Sushi Bar + Asian Grill

Stingray is an AMAZING experience. I went with my parents, sister, and some extended family (party of seven). We enjoyed two Chef's specials, Beef with Broccoli, Pad Thai, Edamame, Crab Rangoon, and an assortment of other items. Morgan was a *FANTASTIC* server. She was detail oriented, kept the alcohol flowing, and ensured my sister's gluten/dairy allergy was paid attention to. We can't wait to come back. :)

Our experience dining at Stingray was abysmal. The waitress took our order and brought our appetizers quickly, but after that we waited another hour for the rest of our food. Despite asking twice whether the General Tso's chicken was spicy and being told it was not, it was too spicy for us to eat. Furthermore, the Pad Thai is listed as gluten free on the menu, but when they brought it out it seemed like they had to leave out the sauce for it to be gluten free. It was very spicy, but somehow had no flavor. The waitress never explained why the food took so long to come out or asked us how the food was. When we asked for a diet coke refill, she said they were out. It was a terrible experience. We own a home in the area and will not visit Stingray again or recommend it to those who ask. I anticipate that someone from the restaurant group that owns Stingray will respond to this and apologize. While I commend their attempt to respond to criticism and improve, it does not change the fact that Stingray left a bad taste in our mouths, both literally and metaphorically.
