The gluten-free lamb burger was delicious. The gluten-free bun was the best I have eaten. Garrett the bartender was knowledgeable about celiac disease and made a delicious old-fashioned!

I have been twice now and both times I have enjoyed the Ring of Fire on a gluten free bun. I think the bun was even better this last time, don't know if they changed bakeries but I could have eaten the bun by itself! I love the spice of the this burger and it's not too much going on that you can't taste all the elements.

One of the best burgers in Knoxville but do not come here with a food allergy. Someone in my group has a severe gluten intolerance and warned them many times they couldn’t eat a bun. The waitress understood but the cook still put a bun on and served with one. It wasn’t the waitresses fault. A restaurant NEEDS to have a system to communicate allergies. Nothing was remade or comped while they watched him scrape gluten off the burger and risk his health. Absolutely unacceptable. Food was great as always though!
