Stoic Brews Alternative

First I HAD NO CLUE this place existed!!!! Thanks to my amazing foodie friend Amber for telling me about Stoic. This is an absolute GLUTEN FREE restaurant!!!!! I ordered one of everything on the food menu to try it all and I am here to say it was ALL AMAZING. The flavors, the textures, the everything gluten free was refreshing!!!!! It was well worth it!!!! The pizza is beautiful crafted like their gluten free beer. I did not try the beers but they looked amazing and all made by his wife and are gluten free!!! If you’re looking for the most up and coming place to hang out this is the place. The atmosphere gets five stars!!!!

Best brewery in town! The food, vibes, and service is top notch! And it’s all gluten free and best part is you can’t tell because it’s that good!!

A super short getaway planned by ChatGPT led us to Stoic for a GF beer tasting. We chose the pick 4 flight of Wise Wit, Amore Fate, Stoic Solitude and one other we cannot remember. Beer is a rarity since gluten is no longer an option, so this was a happy accident. Thanks, Chap!
