Stone Soup

I can't believe we've missed this place for so long. What a gem! A converted home with great charm and a very comfortable atmosphere. Inside, the seating is cozy yet roomy and they also have a small bar. There is also a market area to purchase take-home salads, pizzas, and other goodies. The staff was very friendly and the service was superb!!! We had the Tuna Bites for starter...sushi style tuna on a wonton chip with a delicious sauce drizzled on it. Very tasty! I could've eaten a dozen of these. Dinner was a gluten-free Fenel Sausage pizza and a Chicken BLT. The sandwich also had fried green tomatoes and pimento cheese. Best sandwich I've had in quite a while. We also had the cucumber/tomato/ red onion salad. Both meals were excellent!! This is a place we definitely will return to try other menu items!

When I parked and started walking towards the restaurant, I smiled to myself (I can't have gluten, and this place was listed on the Find Me GF app as safe. I didn't have expectations). It's an adorable converted house with thoughtful touches and overall lovely vibes. I had no issues communicating allergies to the staff and they were accommodating. I recommend this spot to anyone. It's great.

My wife and I don’t dine out much, but we do enjoy Stone soup here in Landrum! We also frequently pick up their prepared food! They makes the BEST gluten free meat loaf in the world! They also have the BEST gluten free bread served with our dinner! We dined there last week, and had a lovely experience. Sarah, our waitress was amazing! Suzanne works very hard to see that her customers have a great experience. She also is very quick to respond to emails if u have a concern. Highly recommend Stone soup as an amazing restaurant in our community! PS we had to get a go box because we got soo much food!
