We had a reservation for 12 at 5:30 on Saturday, when we showed up they assumed we were another group and our reservation was not until 7pm once we had them check the listing they saw our reservation. There were not a lot of other tables in use at the time of our arrival. Our waitress was fairly decent, informed us the breading was changed to gluten free (we have a couple celiac's in the family) so we could have chicken fingers, fries etc. I asked about the deep fried pickles and when she returned we were told to avoid anything fried as the fryers have cross contamination. Ok fine, a little disappointing but something we are used to with Celiac disease. We ended up waiting over 45 minutes for our food, well 6 of us did. The rest of us did not receive our food until the first part of our group had finished eating, about 30 minutes later. After being told she could see my food in the window and it should not be much longer we waited and waited and waited. When my food finally arrived (philly steak & cheese on a gluten free bun) my sandwich was cold, the cheese was not melted and the side salad was incorrect. Thankfully my sister received my gluten free salad so I was able to eat that while they put my sandwich in the oven to at least melt the cheese. All said and done it was almost 8pm by the time we left. Food was ok, nothing to brag about but the wait probably soured our opinions a little.
The atmosphere was great but if you're going to eat I would recommend a snack first as every time I've been here the service has been slow. Even more so when they are busy.
