I've been eating here for lunch since it's opened. The staff are consistently kind and friendly, the chef is very knowledgeable and always has a wide selection of delicious fresh and healthy gluten free meal options. The takeaway prep ingredients and soups are a great option too! Highly recommend! We are lucky to have you in the underground!

Really excellent soup and sandwiches. Fresh ingredients, decent prices, and helpful staff. Absolutely a gem for Winnipeg Square.
Of particular note are the excellent, hearty soups, and the really delicious and better priced than fast food "Breakfast Puck" sandwiches. Also serve a variety of drinks, coffees, and lemonaide.
Offers many gluten free options, as well as vegetarian and even some vegan choices.
