I like how they can accommodate gluten-free food, but no gluten-free buns, and absolutely, there is cross contamination for Celiac people since I also have problems with that all the time.

The chefs are masters of their craft! Salmon is always perfectly done, salad is always perfectly dressed and the bread, of course, is so good it makes me forget my gluten intolerance.
