Strand Loods Tien

We had an amazing meal at Strand loods Tien, an excellent gluten free and Lactose free menu, our waitress was attentive, charming and recommended some lovely dishes. This place has a great atmosphere and very cool decor. A must if you are in the area.

The boss booked this up for our slow return journey back to the UK. I have to admit what a beautiful journey it’s been, this restaurant is amongst the dunes and on the shoreline. But another real winning ingredient and welcome is for the fact they allow dogs….What a great service and Gluten Free options. What’s not to like, if your wishing for a ambience of Dutch seaside and with some class, then I’d recommend Strand Loods Tien. Pt2 update: So we stayed in Hoofdplatt and we visited this restaurant 4 times now. To some that may be perceived as a limited imagination…but the place is great. Gluten free options, great food that aren’t coeliac and superb service. Our last night and not disappointed.

Lovely restaurant on the beach. A separate gluten free menu is on offer & very dog friendly. You can book a table if you want to eat inside the restaurant but the outside tables you don’t have to book. Dogs are welcome both inside & out.
