The location itself is unique – right in the historic garrison buildings of Kronborg Castle, the very castle that inspired Shakespeare’s Hamlet. It’s a beautiful setting where history and great coffee come together. Highlights of Our Visit: Excellent, freshly roasted coffee: As North Zealand’s first micro‑roastery, Strandvejsristeriet offers delicious, freshly roasted organic coffee. Gluten‑free options available: We were so happy to find tasty gluten‑free treats – a rare find and very much appreciated! Warm and friendly service: The staff were welcoming, helpful, and created a cozy “hygge” atmosphere that made us want to stay longer.
