I was in Nashville for a family reunion. Naturally, everyone opted for hot fried chicken but I’m gluten intolerant leaving me to fend for myself. I opted for street injera and was very happy with the outcome. Flavorful, fast, and affordable! I got the beef stew, cabbage/carrot/potato, and red lentils.
