In terms of food and service, Stubborn Seed clearly deserves two Michelin stars, rather than one. This was the best meal I've had in Miami in quite a while. Every dish was delicious, interesting, and beautifully presented. And of course, the quality of the ingredients was obvious. Also, they were able to make gluten free substitutions for us even though we didn't mention that restriction when we made the reservation, and those substitutions were amazing! We'll definitely be coming back with some frequency!

This is my second time here, 2nd tasting menu, and it just keeps getting better. Excellent service, preparation, presentation and everything is always fresh and new. The cocktails are delicious. I highly recommend for any special night out. They were even able to accommodate my gluten restrictions. The foie gras and duck were standouts.
