Studio Amaro

I recently held a birthday function in the basement bar. From the initial enquiry everything was so well co-ordinated and easy. Meg, Lucas and the team were exceptional in their communication in the lead up and on the day. The staff were friendly, efficient and outstanding in every aspect of food, drinks and general service. The food was such high quality, delicious and so generous, we couldn’t finish it all! We had several guests with dietaries (gluten, vegan and lactose) that were so well catered for, not that easy for an Italian restaurant! My guests and I had the best night. I would highly recommend Studio Amaro as a venue for a special function or just in general. It’s fabulous!

Love. Love. Love. We wandered past after a huge day setting up a warehouse sale, not dressed up, a little sweaty but ready to eat a good meal. We were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality and welcomed in without a booking and not made to feel like an inconvenience. The service continued to be warm, friendly and very knowledgeable. One of our group is gluten free, so we opted for all of our pasta options to be gluten free so she didn’t miss out. Each of the pasta dishes was incredibly tasty. The gluten-free pasta had a lovely texture and taste absorbing the flavours beautifully. We enjoyed a mix of shared options which were all perfectly prepared & cooked, flavourful and fresh. The cocktails were a treat (I recommend the spicy marg - which was the perfect amount of heat). I’ll definitely return on my next Melbourne trip! Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
