First things first - pizza on regular pizza flour is 5 stars +. Very good base and good toppings. Pizza with gluten-free flour is below par - we were tempted to think it was pre-bought. A restaurant like Størhus must have higher ambitions than this for gluten-free options. We had booked in advance with the manager himself (and had confirmation), but on arrival it had not been passed on. We were given a table in another restaurant in the same building - OK solution, but the atmosphere in the premises is far from as good as Størhus - because there it is a very good restaurant...
