Visited twice and had a bad experience twice. The pizzeria didn't answer calls the first time. After several calls, you were simply pushed away. We went anyway, but unfortunately we were turned away. Many tables were empty but apparently everything was already reserved. Generally not a problem, but what wasn't working at all were the employees. There was real chaos at the entrance, guests stood around haphazardly because none of the waiters felt responsible to greet or look after them. Some wanted to pick up, some had reservations and some wanted to try their luck at getting a spot.
We had reserved a table for the next day on site to make sure it would work this time. So we arrived the next day, sat down, ordered and: there was no more gluten-free pizza. Less than an hour after opening. Absolute no go - and in the background there was again absolute chaos among the customers. We then left and they kindly gave us the water.
What's most incomprehensible about all of this is that it's almost impossible to communicate with the waiters, they hardly speak any English and aren't as friendly as in other shops in the area where people still try. All relatively young and in a tourist area, unfortunately that's not possible. Unfortunately, you can really tell if waiters are trained or not.
No recommendation, especially for those with celiac disease who rely on gluten-free pizza. In the worst case scenario, it is simply not in stock.
