Delicious and quality sopes! They are also gluten-free. I loved the shrimp mole - came back for it multiple times during my week in San Pancho. The owner is very kind and has very high standards. This is a wonderful tucked away restaurant with a cute patio - highly recommend!

I just had the most delicious, naturally gluten free meal in my life! Su Pancho Madre is unique and amazing! Lovely relaxed garden atmosphere and truly outstanding flavors of Mexico! Mole shrimp on a traditional sope. I want to go back there everyday for the rest of my vacation (maybe my life!) just to have this!!
