Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream

Such a “cool” place to get some ice cream with friends and family. Gluten free and dairy free options! It’s really fun to watch how the extremely cold nitrogen freezes the cream right in front of you. You can’t get any fresher than that!

If you're willing to pay more money for the experience then this place is a must. It's pricey but worth it. They have options for non-dairy, vegan, or gluten free. The ice cream is creamy and delicious and you can customize it with just about anything you could ever want in your ice cream. Watching the fog roll over the counter as they freeze the ice cream right in front of you is almost as fun as actually eating the ice cream. The employees seemed a little uninterested, but it was 8:30 on a gorgeous Friday evening and they were slammed with people waiting on the sidewalk to come inside. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt because I've also worked customer service and when it's that busy you're mainly focused on serving the customer as promptly as possible so you can keep the line moving. I would definitely be willing to come back!
