Sub-Zero is so far beyond ordinary ice cream it's hard to believe they reside in the same universe. My fave is a retired flavor called 'fruity fusion' in the original base, and they kindly mix it up for me though it's no longer on the menu. The nitrogen is fun to watch and makes it freeze differently somehow--utterly scrumptious. The employees are really friendly and helpful here too. I'm gluten free (celiac disease) and when asked they are happy to use clean utensils to avoid contamination. My family's preferred ice cream for many years...now if only they had a branch in AF :)
