From previous reviews I was excited to hear Subplicity had gluten free wraps. We drove out of our way to eat here. I have Celiac Disease and must eat GF. Sadly, all Subplicity could offer was a bed of lettuce. I wanted a sandwich or wrap, not a salad. I walked out disappointed and hungry.
I guess the previous owner was more accommodating to those of us who cannot eat wheat.
