Subway

I have a serious gluten allergy and I select a gluten free bread . But when the food arrived they had given me normal bread with a VERY small note saying they were out of the gluten free bread. Luckily my boyfriend spotted this. They should have called me or said they were out on the website. I gave them both my number and my email so there would have been no problem contacting me. I also feel the delivery driver should have been told or had said something as dropping off. I’ve also been trying to call them for the last 20 minutes and no one has answered. Very disappointed 😔😔

We had no idea that subway now did gluten free! I ordered two gluten free sub melts and the gentleman that served me was friendly, quick, efficient and careful with our food. They tasted scrummy. This subway was London- bound. Sadly on the return journey the gentleman in the southbound informed me that I could only order on screen and could not have gluten free sub- melts. My 5 star rating was based entirely on the London bound subway and to him we will go again. Perhaps some retraining of the southbound employee?
