O
I was at Subway at Karlsruhe train station on February 27, 2025 around 5:20 p.m. and experienced one of the friendliest service I could wish for. As someone with gluten intolerance, it's often difficult to spontaneously find something to eat - but Subway is a real lifesaver for me in those moments. The lady with the nose piercing was incredibly accommodating and gave me the best advice despite my uncertainty. She patiently explained the gluten-free options to me, recommended appropriate toppings, and made sure I felt taken care of. I was particularly impressed by the fact that she seemed to work alone and still paid attention to both cleanliness and that no one had to wait long. I can only hope that such a dedicated and friendly employee is paid appropriately - she definitely deserves it! Thank you for the great service, I'll be happy to come back!

There are two stars because the employees were friendly. The sandwiches were subpar. The toppings were minimal on both of our sandwiches (one gluten-free, one “normal”). So little that you couldn't see it without biting into it. I had the impression that the corn kernels were being counted, there were about 5 pieces per half. This has absolutely nothing to do with the pictures! In addition, the gluten-free version costs €2 more per half (which, to be fair, the employee announced). So that's +4€ for a footlong sub, although the gluten-free breads are significantly smaller than the "regular" breads. The price-performance ratio is miserable!
