Order placed. Gluten-free bun (30cm). In other words: 2x 15 cm. Get one. Called immediately. I get an employee on the phone, who wants to compensate for having the other sandwich delivered TOMORROW, otherwise they won't be able to go home on time. In addition, knew about this. She immediately knew which order it was... “colleague, might have made a mistake” When I indicate that I have actually paid for 2 sandwiches and therefore want the sandwich NOW (today) and not on another day. Does the employee become audibly irritated: “Home delivery is working slowly today, I cannot guarantee that it will be delivered to you on time, so I better deliver it to you tomorrow. Otherwise I'll have to call home delivery now....” It is very special how staff handles such situations, especially when going home and leaving the customer with nothing is the priority... The order is then delivered, but the boy from home delivery has to say hello. He himself didn't understand why... Very unprofessional; to give a shit?
