Sooooo nice and competent staff! A big thank you goes to the woman who is currently on duty. Immediately changed gloves when the word gluten intolerance was mentioned. Incredibly friendly too. Subway should promote her to employee of the month!

I'll leave the old recession behind to show that I'm not a bot. Unfortunately, this visit ended with me demanding my money back. What happened? I ordered my favorite meal at Subway, a wrap with meatless theriyaki. The lady, very nice and polite, picked up the wrap from the back of the kitchen and placed it on the counter. I immediately noticed the green spots that were spread across the wrap. After I pointed out that it was moldy, she apologized and got a new one. When I asked if the new one was taken from the same box, I was assured that it wasn't. Oh well.... The next faupax was noticed when I bit into my wrap at the table with relish. Somehow it tasted strange... After 5 years of being meat-free, I was served meat instead of meatles. Unfortunately, complete disappointment. We won't be coming to your place again. Too bad. Old recession. That's worth a recession. Shortcoming: Unfortunately, the subway is not well signposted. He is quickly overlooked in the area and you end up eating at another company. Since I'm often on tour, I've always only seen the store when it's too late. But on the way back from Kiel to Bielefeld it was right at lunchtime and we stopped there on December 3rd. to. Since we, 1x vegetarian and 1x gluten intolerant, stop at Subway more often on our diving tours, I can definitely judge the performance of the chain. The employees are often unstructured and the food comes to the table cold. But not here. Great employees, food was also on point.
