Very bad experience at Dubway. I clearly indicated that I wanted a gluten-free sandwich and paid extra for that. Instead, they have loaded the sandwich with ingredients such as sauces that simply contain gluten. My mother-in-law, who is severely gluten intolerant, could have been poisoned by this. When I confronted them about this, the blame was placed squarely on me. No excuses, no resolution, just indifference. You also pay 20 euros for this life-threatening service. Very unprofessional and absolutely not safe for allergy sufferers. Never again!
