Gluten free bread options. I asked them to prepare it in the back away from the other crumbs and ingredients. So, they prepped it with stuff not at risk of cross contamination. They were happy to accommodate. :)

Staff extremely patient and careful with the fact I’m coeliac. Patient with me while I decided which toppings I wanted (as I needed to read allergen menu), helped me feel safe with how it was prepared, and had smiles all the way through.
After not liking subway for years this experience has pleasantly changed that, and I will be going again.
