The gluten free strawberry mousse was light and flavorful but NOT too sweet. Perfect size for the 3 bite rule for folks who want their cake and eat it to. Other gluten free and regular wholegrain breads and treats to choose from. A beautiful newly opened small town bake shop that satisfies the senses in more ways than is obvious.
