Sunflower Cafe Inc

We are a family with a lot of allergies-including gluten and dairy, so trying a new place can be a little daunting. Our waitress assured us right away that they don't use dairy in the kitchen and that she was very aware of how to make almost any item in the menu gluten free. We all received our food and drinks in a timely manner. Within minutes of my son eating his second roll, he started to feel unwell and had to go outside where he proceeded to vomit. We asked the waitress if they put any cream cheese in the roll by accident and she said that it doesn't come with it. When I asked her to please ask the kitchen what all was in the roll, she came back and with the news that the yum yum sauce has half and half in it and she wasn't aware. Overall, the food and atmosphere were good, but be extra cautious if you have allergies!
