Best meal we've ever had, food has always been high quality ☺️ so many vegan and gluten free options!

Mediocre at best. I normally do not try restaurants that do not have an “excellent” safety rating (Sunlight is “good” which should have been my first red flag). All of the cutlery at the table was dirty. Crusted stuff glued on to the fork. Yuck. My son ordered the french toast and that was just a rubbery unappetizing disappointment. The french toast isn’t vegan or gluten free- but tastes sooo bad. Other dishes were lacking in taste and presentation. The server (blonde guy) was not very friendly. Not once did my table receive a refill on their waters either. I really wanted to like the place but it simply is not worth it.

It is nice to have a vegetarian restaurant with vegan and some gluten free options. This is my first time to the new location after they moved from the longtime location on Roosevelt. There are a lot hard surfaces so it gets pretty loud there. The place was pretty full. That considered, the service was reasonably prompt. I got the gluten free lemon poppy seed waffle. I did not taste much in the way of lemon and it was kind of dry. I should have avoided gluten free. They did not have hashbrowns per se, but more like fried potatoes. They were ok but I was in the mood for hasbrowns. The menu has changed since they moved so I was a little disappointed. Based on the other reviews it seems like people like the food. I think the main issue for me was I was expecting something different.
