Since I like to make my own 100% whole wheat bread (using NO white bread flour at all), I have to add a little extra wheat gluten to help build structure. The grocery stores in Monroe and West Monroe have stopped carrying it, and the one health food store wants a large price for it. Came to Bossier for other reasons and stopped by this store to see if they had it. I asked the staff and the lady took me to the Gluten Free section. I said, "No, I WANT the gluten, 😂, I have to have it for whole grain breads". We looked at the next section to the left and there was Bob's Red Mill Gluten Flour 🙂 and at a reasonable price 🤗, so I bought 2 packages.
