I had both the pho when the store opened, and the shaking beef as of recently.
The broth used in the pho is richer than any of the restaurants nearby. Certainly has the homemade depth to it that you find in households, along with fresh ingredients. Soup isn't watered down, and as smooth as it can be. There's none of the sludgy aftertaste you may find from other restaurants.
The shaking beef (with fried rice) was beautifully presented and appealed to my palate. Beef was juicy and marinated, and the fried rice tasted wholesome and had an amazing texture. The fried rice also does not have any of the oily grit that comes afterwards. You leave not bloated at all, and satisfied.
The shop is accessible off the 85 and has the best bang for the buck. Great for taking small parties to. They accommodate well to gluten-free needs, too!
