Sushi Win Jr (Evergreen, CO) Japanese Restaurant & Cocktails

Sushi Win Jr. is easily the best sushi restaurant (and one of my favorite restaurants in general) in Evergreen!! The food is amazing and always fresh and delicious. They also offer numerous gluten free options for those with celiac disease or gluten sensitivities and are very educated on kitchen practices that avoid cross-contact. The service is excellent and the views from the restaurant are gorgeous! Highly recommend.

absolutely phenomenal experience! This was hands down one of the best meals I’ve had in ages. The sushi rolls were incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and so creative. The owner was genuinely kind and welcoming, it felt like catching up with an old friend. As someone with celiac, dining out can be stressful, but I felt completely safe here. They took such great care to make sure everything was gluten-free and handled properly. My husband ordered the steak and rice bowl, which was torched tableside such a fun and delicious touch! The restaurant itself is a hidden gem with breathtaking mountain views. 12/10 worth every mile of the drive from Aurora! We’ll definitely be back.
