Sushi by Bou- Las Olas Fort Lauderdale @ Salt7

Where do I even begin. You walk into Salt7 and you have to find a sign that says powder room and then take the elevator up. You then go into a awesome smaller dining area with a bar and a sushi bar. Once the meal begins there’s two options. We did the 17 course Omakase and wow was it just out of this world. The 2 chefs, Jordan & Jeff are preparing your dinner right in-front of you and are very interactive, fun, and funny. It was an amazing experience. They even accommodate for gluten allergies as my girlfriend has one. The food was an absolute 10/10 and possibly the best sushi I’ve had in America and that’s coming from a New Yorker. Even their soy sauce was ridiculously amazing and it wasn’t your regular soy sauce. They import fish from Spain and Japan to this place. You must check this place out!!!!!!
